Calibrated mobile weighbridge

With the calibrated mobile weighbridge it is possible to carry out (temporary) weighing’s on site. This can be done, for example, if you temporarily need additional capacity, want to register raw material streams, eliminate the overloading of your vehicles or temporarily need to weigh on site.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

With the calibrated mobile weighbridge it is possible to have a temporary weighbridge. The mobile weighbridge can be moved by means of a four leg lifting chain or a forklift truck. The weighing system consists out of two parts of each 7.5 meters and is calibrated in class lll, even after replacing the weighbridge. Is your surface not completely level?No problem, a tilt sensor measures the current angle of the weighbridge and corrects the weight automatically in order to get a calibrated weight. Weighbridge customers can weigh by themselves independently with a NFC Card. T his data is then directly transferred to the online weighing hub of Welvaarts which is called www.kilogram.nl. On the Welvaarts web portal you can manage the weigh data real-time.

INSTALLATION

We take care of the transportation of the weighbridge and provide you with instructions so that you can weigh directly after installation. On site the weighbridge can be unloaded and up and running within five minutes. The mobile weighbridge is ideal for temporary use and for activities that require to changing locations within a short period of time.

DATA PROCESSING

The mobile weighbridge registers, besides the weight, also items such as order numbers, customer and location data. This data is combined with the weight onto a weigh ticket or sent via a 3G/4G internet connection ­to www.kilogram.nl or your own Cloud environment.
